There are many new teachers go into the rank of teachers every year in our country. They are undergoing the process of transition from students to educators. New teacher is a special part of teachers. They may be the backbone or expert teachers in the future. Therefore, it is important to focus on their professional growth on the threshold of their career which is better for their major development in the future. As a connecting bridge of pre-service teacher training and after training. The new teacher training should be paid attention in our countries or regions.Training evaluation is a important part of teacher training. As a value judgment activity, it is an important tool as a result of the inspection training. We can use training evaluation to find the problems of all aspects to improve the working. This study is on the definition of new teachers、teacher training evaluation, introducing the development of the teacher training evaluation in our country. After expounding the theoretical basis of the new teacher training evaluation. This article selects city Y area H, from the two aspects of system and the training program. The researcher finds the new teacher training evaluation activity in area H is attributed to the operation mode of "training+ test", and points out new teacher training evaluation main body is a single in area H, evaluation standard is not perfect; Backward evaluation implementation present situation of evaluation theory. Students and parents in evaluation main body position are neglected. Valuation content research and evaluation way is too old. Evaluation standard is generally ignored. In order to improve these problems, the researcher puts forward the following Suggestions:New teacher training evaluation system needs to introduce new ideas and change the mode of the "training including test" to ensure that the new teacher training evaluation establishes its own system. New teacher training evaluation should establish perfect scheme. Implementation present situation on establishing diversified evaluation subject, appropriating to improve the evaluation status of students and parents, building the comprehensive evaluation content and appropriating to improve the evaluation status of the scientific research ability.
