Information technology has increasingly developed, advanced educational technology has become the driving force of teaching innovation. Basic education is the top priority of the national education system, primary school children born in the 21st century is already suffering from the influence of information technology, the "Digital Native", and teachers as educators also are born in the last century, the "digital immigrants". Digital educational technology for today’s primary school teaching which brought convenience and disadvantages, teachers, students and parents is how to treat these problems, in promoting educational content and methods of change today, study of primary education in the digital teaching has become a top priority.In this study, Iinvestigated the iPad teaching in the Beijing H primary school classroom situation, and through interviews with teachers, students and parents from the tripartite feedback summary compiled iPad brings in elementary classroom convenience and disadvantages to school as a case. I begin from the "Reduce the burden and improve efficiency" policy changes with iPad into the classroom policy background, and then analyze the effect that iPad increases the burden of teacher.Technology is a double-edged sword, iPad classroom brings convenience, but also educational skills of teachers and school management has faced new challenges. I use positive psychology perspective on building a positive classroom environment, and guide students’positive experiences and students’positive personality aspects are analyzed. From the perspective of positive psychology test analyzes the management’s attitude towards the management of H school. Then I try to give some management proposal for countermeasures and suggestions.In this study, there are many shortcomings, the only one school to analyze the case, the lack of horizontal comparison and links on research methods to interview, the lack of qualitative and quantitative binding, is still not fully in the analysis and conclusions.
