The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Special Education Community

In recent years, the level of educational informationization in our country has increased rapidly. Special Education Community has been constructed and developed relying on National Public Platform of Educational Resources. In addition, Special Education Community has been considered as the key project of the annual educational informationization work by Ministry of Education.In light of the current situation, Special Education Community hasn’t achieved the ideal effect because of the lack of scientific evaluation system. Nevertheless, the evaluation is of importance in educational activities, which adjusts and measures the direction and level. In the face of this, it is of great significance to establish the evaluation index system for Special Educational Community, which can promote the educational informatization.Thus, this paper is divided into six chapters to research the establishment of evaluation index system for Special Educational Community.The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly discusses the research background, research purpose, research contents, the significance of the research, research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the related literature review. It is divided into two parts. The first one is research on Special Education Community. It is about the related concepts, namely, community, virtual community, learning community, the virtual learning community and Special Education Community. Then I did the comparison in order to summarize the essence of Special Education Community. The second part is research on evaluation of the virtual learning community. It is done to summarize the indicators and methods of the evaluation system for virtual community or virtual learning community at home and abroad.The third chapter is about the present situation and existing problems of Special Education Community. First of all, I made a state of the present situation of Special Education Community. Next, I selected three representative communities to do the case study. Based on those, I found the existing problems so as to provide reference for establishing evaluation index system.The fourth chapter is the establishment of evaluation index. I used the index system of evaluation method and the expert consulting method. Based on the previous factors, this study preliminary set 5 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators. By consulting experts and collecting advice, I established the indexes at all levels finally.The fifth chapter is the establishment of evaluation index weight. I used the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and the expert consulting method. I determined the index weight by consulting experts. After that, I used 3 communities to do the empirical study to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system. Eventually I built up a complete set of evaluation index system for Special Education CommunityThe last chapter is the summary and outlook for the future research.The evaluation index system for Special Educational Community can be used to measure the level of community and check whether the educational activities of the community have achieved the expected goals. Doing this has theoretical and practical significance.
