Basic education is the foundation of the national quality construction and development. The success of the reform of basic education, the promotion of the quality of education, as well as the guiding ideology of running school are off in the right direction, which are all closely related with the evaluation of basic education. Along with our country’s elementary education curriculum reform gradually deepening, " promoting development by evaluation " has become the core concept of education evaluation, and students’ comprehensive quality evaluation is a concept in the practical level of the specific measures.Students’ comprehensive quality evaluation is to evaluate the indicators that are needed in the growth stage for students. It is mainly through multi-subject participation and with the way of "rating+comments" to measure the various factors, and to explain the development of students’ qualities in the form of process. Its evaluation results will become the basis to make of a student to growth and success. Students’ comprehensive quality evaluation is the concrete implementation plan of student evaluation under the background of new curriculum reform, it is different from the traditional way to test scores as the only standard, its purpose is not only to promote the student individual growth and development, to increase teachers’ teaching ability and level, but also to improve the quality of school education, to promote the reform and development of the school. Therefore, students’ comprehensive quality evaluation must always throughout the school education, and the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle school has its special significance.As one of the first pilots of the new curriculum reform, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, have made some progress in all aspects of implementing the new curriculum reform in more than a decade, but exam-oriented education concept is still lingered in the reform. How to face the new challenges of the reform of new curriculum evaluation should be one of the key problems that must be considered. For E middle school, a key middle school of Guyuan in Ningxia Hui autonomous region, what are the difficulties faced by, what problem encountered in the process of implementation, and how to make breakthroughs as a model in the process of further implementation of the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle are the core research of this thesis. Therefore, four chapters are included in the thesis.Chapter one is introduction, firstly it discussed the cause and significance of the topic, summarized the necessity of the further improvement and perfection of the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle. Then is the literature review, to induction and summary the research and implementation of students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle school based on the existing research, so as to better grasp the research direction of this paper. Again is the research idea, including the selection of the object, research methods and research process.Chapter two is mainly for more detailed discussion on "student’s comprehensive quality assessment", includes the general concepts, theoretical basis and development from three aspects of comprehensive quality evaluation, this study will provide a solid theoretical basis for the whole research.Chapter three is to study the implementation of students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle in E middle school. On the way of implementation plan analyses, questionnaire survey and interview to understand the troubles and problems for E middle school in implementing the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation in senior high middle school in E middle school. The study found that in the process of the evaluation in E school also gets four problems that need to be promoted, such as lack of knowledge and the basic theory of evaluation by the implementers; part of the evaluation contents are not in conformity with the basic theory; multivariate evaluation subject involved in rendering falsified phenomenon; evaluation of supervision and guarantee mechanism is not perfect, which leads to the evaluation result credibility is difficult to guarantee.Chapter four is the solution of the problems that are put forward in the third chapter. For examples, more promotion to be needed for carrying out related theoretical guidance to the implementers; adjust the basic content of senior high middle school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation; guide the parents and community related personnel to participate in the evaluation so as to make the evaluation more comprehensive; strengthen the supervision, in order to guarantee the objective and fair of the evaluation.The end is the conclusion and reflection of the whole research. After summarizing the whole research process, the author has got the following reflection. First of all, we need to establish a personalized plan for each situation to make the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation to play its function of guidance. Then, senior high middle school comprehensive quality evaluation must be combined with the daily teaching activities to make it implemented effectively in practice.
