Picture book play a vital role in children’s children development of language and theory of mind. the study will combine the two, on the one hand,by the General Theory of Mind quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the picture book and presentation and characteristics; on the other hand to test the psychology-cal impact of theoretical perspectives through action research activities on a picture book tells the story of the development of the theory of infant mental Intermediate.The study found:(1) The study found a picture book contains a lot of words related to the psychological state in which 3-4 years old and 4-5 year old set of pictures every three^ sentences in the book to contain an expression of the characters in the story cognitive, emotional, mental state term desires and moral evaluation, etc.,5-6 year old set of pictures in books on average every two sentences contain a mental state terms. Each appeared three mental state terms, it contains two different types of mental state terms.
