With the rapid development of globalization in education reform, people are increasingly concerned about the nature of education, which is people-oriented, student-centered, paying more attention to the relationship between students and teachers, and constructing efficient class of learning, thus the teacher-student interaction also become the focus of people’s attention, the new curriculum reform in full swing for dozens of years, which highlighted a positive, active, fit, and harmonious interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process, teacher-student interaction in the classroom is more and more important, they also try their best to think about how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to promote the development of teaching.Information technology disciplines developed with the rise of technology, and its ultimate aim is to bring up students’ quality, and to train their own innovative spirit and practical ability in the process of acquiring, processing, management, presentation and interflow. Whether a teacher-student interaction is carried out smoothly influences the quality of teaching directly and enduringly, especially in the information technology class. Interaction between teachers and students not only help improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, but also enhance students’ ability of exploring. They can combine the expertise with practical life together, and motivate the real vitality of information technology subjects. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to do the research about the situation study and Countermeasures between teacher-student interactions in high school students.The starting point in this study is the current status of interaction between teachers and students in high school. The main research tools include teacher interviews and questionnaires, classroom observations and literature review. We try to restore a real interaction between teachers and students in high school information technology classroom, we analysis present problems deeply and propose some feasible solutions to deal with this problems, the goal of doing this is to give reasonable advices in the study of interaction between teachers and students, and to promote a more efficient class.This paper mainly consists of five sections. The opening section (i.e. Introduction) illuminates the purpose and significance of this subject. Besides, the feasibility and innovation can also be served as a main part of the project after analyzing the current research condition and illustrating the investigating mode and methodology. Then some basic concepts and theory are expounded in the 2nd section, such as the interaction between teachers and students. It is claimed that the instructional interaction, constructive teaching and humanism provide the principal support to this project. The third section centers the investigation about status quo of the interaction between teachers and students in the information technology teaching process. The survey aims to probe the restraining factors of this very interaction and, in detail, it surrounds three aspects (i.e. teaching, teachers & students) with three methods in total, namely, class observation, teachers interview and questionnaire. In addition, the survey about the real situation is implemented in the 4th section. This section mainly proceeds from three aforementioned prospectives to develop the whole probe while the 5th section focuses on the countermeasures of the results, such as the resolution strategy verse the constraining factors. The results indicate the assessment chart may do the trick if the efficiency between students and teachers can be quantized in that the data can be regarded as a reference about the interaction. Some concluding remarks and introspections are attached in the final section, including the analysis about the weakness in the teaching process and the proposals for the amelioration of interaction effectiveness.
