Team teaching can effectively improve the traditional way of teaching and learning, through group study and exchanges and cooperation in lets the student experience in the teaching of thinking of the collision, students experience listening, thinking, debate, cooperation, sharing process, fundamentally change the traditional concept of learning and student role, reasonable and effective organization teaching group is to develop new ways of teaching in an effective way, to students provides a new way of learning is to teachers provide new teaching methods.Review and have certain understanding to gather information on group teaching concept definition, status and trends, and through a semester internship in teaching observation classroom, teachers’ teaching thoughts, students learning feedback, combined with personal teaching reflection and teaching research. It is found that the teaching group in the promotion process still exist many problems. Combined with personal teaching practice and probation in other teacher’s teaching process, interview for the teachers and students can find the demands of teaching and teachers and students more clearly, and through the voices of teachers and students we should adjustment and improvement of the system of group teaching model, so that the new teaching mode to change the learning style of students from the fundamental significance. Group cooperative learning is different from the traditional individual learning, and cultivate mutual trust and help between students in the elementary school mathematics teaching, running in team cooperation, let the students active learning in the democratic and free atmosphere in the classroom, the establishment of mathematical model and mathematical thinking, learn to use mathematical thinking to solve the problem of life. The new mathematics curriculum standard from the previous three bases changed into four groups, add a "basic activity experience, students’ basic activity experience is to carry out the teaching of mathematics based, on the implementation of team teaching in the mathematics classroom is in line with the respect for the students basic activity experience this, can not only improve the efficiency of mathematics teaching and improve the ability of students’ mathematics thought and action.Through to Roger in Baoan District of Shenzhen City primary school teachers and students for interviews and classroom observation, found that the implementation of team teaching in the mathematics classroom teaching is not optimistic, the students about the cooperative learning in feedback or more. Old teacher-student outlook does not adapt to the new teaching methods, teaching contents present form and group teaching method is divorced and group to set up the lack of scientific and so on in the process of teaching group problems occur more frequently and the reasons of these problems generally have the following several points:Teacher’s concept is not enough to improve the implementation of the weaker efforts and self-awareness poor students, teaching a group of policy implementation is not systematic and complete. Through the teaching of the first line and the understanding of the teachers and students, we can get the above questions and can’t solve the problem of the teaching of the group.. Enhance the efficiency of group teaching strategies generally have:concept to construct the model of teachers and students, for different type of course group teaching with consistent and group teaching model, strengthen the centralized cooperative team construction, improve the evaluation mode of teaching group and so on.
