With the development of quality education, the traditional "teaching model" teaching ideas and strategies due to the inherent defects, has been unable to meet the modern teaching and personnel training, the language discipline, more acute contradictions, the new curriculum standard, the teaching should pay attention to students "learning", pay attention to the cultivation of students’ interest in learning, emphasize the students "learn", teachers should play the role of "director" role in the process of teaching, pay more attention to the teaching design and guidance, students will be returned to the classroom, let the students to move, to strengthen their study and training, so as to achieve the "teach less".This paper analyzes the "teach less, learn more in school" strategy under the guidance of the new curriculum reform, especially the reform of the new Chinese course, found success because they will be placed in the dominant position of the students focus on promoting teaching reform school several curriculum, learning to practice, practice group cooperative learning mode. However, in the process of reform since the division of the class time is too rigid, too much emphasis on the dominant position of students, ignoring the guiding role of teachers, and at the same time according to different courses are divided, not aware of the importance of discipline to discipline students extracurricular activities that reform is a reform school many classes appeared bottleneck, development of new Chinese curriculum reform is slow, with little effect, in order to solve these problems, we combine Chinese teaching case put forward practical and effective solution to be more perfect, and implement the "teach less, learn more Chinese in the first" strategy in teaching.First of all, to improve the team’s scientific division, and the cooperative learning group complete throughout the process of Chinese teaching, cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practice ability, improve the students’ability to solve problems; secondly, in the actual teaching process, especially in Chinese teaching, reflect the importance of classroom teachers and students subject status, the integrity and fluidity on classroom; again, follow the integrity, basic, scientific, practical, adaptability principle of scientific activities, carry out the Language Extracurricular activity. Thus give full play to students’ subjectivity in the teaching process, to mobilize students to learn Chinese the fun, let the students to accumulate the knowledge in practice, guide the students to actively explore the Chinese innovation, at the same time, the guidance of life practice, to expand and broaden the language knowledge, enhance students’ interest in learning Chinese, in order to improve the "teach less, learn more" effective strategies in the Chinese teaching in middle school.
