Under the current rise in China and the United States’ Asia-Pacific rebalancing and the Sino-Japanese relations tense political background in educational practice new curriculum reform and reform of the college entrance examination, the school-based curriculum development are facing new opportunities and challenges, the history of the war in Yunnan School Curriculum Development conducted practical significance and research value is very important. Yunnan border areas with rich, yet has a special significance in the era of the war history of resources, but the concept of the national school-based curriculum development is very beautiful, but because of the constraints of existing educational institutions and examination-oriented education and other factors, many secondary schools are not well thought and development Yunnan War history-based curriculum, teaching and research achievements related lack of maneuverability, the actual utilization is low, middle school history in border areas of Yunnan War SBCD trouble.
