The quality of college students’ employment problem, has become one of the focus of attention of the society. Among the students in colleges and universities, normal college students is a special group, compared with other types of college students, their employment goals relatively more targeted, professional counterparts are more likely to. It is understood that the Yunnan province about 60% above normal students to education jobs, a number that has been considerable, but whether high employment rates is the high quality of employment, this is a question worth studying. The influence factors of the employment quality and which aspects, it is necessary to further study. In this research, in combination with the basis of related research and literature, the employment quality is divided into six dimensions: work environment, work unit, job, development space, salary and welfare, job satisfaction, the influence factors are divided into three dimensions: individual factors, human capital factors, the, social capital factors, and try to through the questionnaire survey to further investigate how the relationship between the two.This research according to the dimensions of the division, on the basis of relevant questionnaires, and adjusted according to the purpose of the study, investigating the factors of Yunnan normal college students’ employment quality and its influence, and further analysis and discussion through statistical analysis method. According to the results of the survey, Yunnan normal college students’ employment quality status in the middle low level, factors affecting the quality of employment is complicated, the factors of human capital are the main influence factors.In the research, the Yunnan normal college students’ employment quality were analyzed, analyze and summarize the differences and reasons for the employment quality, overall low, based on the influence factors of complex, try from students, schools, using the four angle units, the government proposed the countermeasure and the suggestion, hope that through this study, can help the relevant departments or schools and graduates to better grasp the employment problem, timely adjustment, good combination of education teaching and students’ employment propulsion in normal colleges, so as to improve the normal college students’ employment quality.
