Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of The Employment Quality For College Graduates

With the expanding of college enrollment, higher education in China has entered into public education era. The problem of college graduates without a job has got widespread concern. College graduates, as an important support talent powerhouse of science and technology strategy, the quality of graduate employment is directly related to our country’s future. In recent years, the quality of employment of college graduates has become increasingly prominent. The starting salary is low, frequent job-hopping and other issues are common.In 2004, the Chinese Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the ILO jointly organized the "China Employment Forum". In the forum, expanding the scale of employment and improve the quality of employment has been a consensus and presented as the main objectives of the government. Employment quality for college graduates has been got attention. Many scholars have spent much time on the study of this question, but those studies have some shortcomings, such as more focused on the number of jobs, while weakening the quality of employment; more focused on the subject of graduates, while ignoring the university, government and society in a dominant position on the quality of employment; more focused on job quality evaluation system, while ignoring the factors that affect the quality of employment analysis.On the basis of previous studies, we analyze the factors affecting the quality of employment of college graduates by universities, government, society, the graduates of the four main constructed evaluation model of college graduates employment quality expert interviews and AHP model. Hope to provide a method of measuring colleagues evaluated the quality of employment, both in theory and practice to provide ideas and lessons for graduates find jobs.This paper has five parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the background and conceptual issues; the second part is about the employment status of Guangdong Province; the third part analyzes the factors affecting the quality of employment of college graduates universities, government, society, graduates; the fourth part calculates each index based on the weight of AHP and provides the results; the fifth part is specific recommendations proposed to the Guangdong Provincial employment.
