The new curriculum reform requires changes in traditional teaching methods and learning strategies. And it advocates effective teaching and learning situation. So it is the teachers’ duty to have the students learn something effectively in a free and easy atmosphere. Under this social background, some educators began to explore the learning plan-guided teaching and applied this mode to the Chinese teaching practice.Jinghong No.4 Middle School, where the author of the thesis works, has constructed highly effective classroom and carried out the mode of learning plan-guided teaching.This study employs documentary analysis, observation method, interviewing method as well as questionnaire method and has a deep analysis of the mode of learning plan-guided teaching in junior middle school based on Jinghong No.4 Middle School. First the present situation of the study both from home and abroad, the theoretical rationale, the design and application, assessment and reflection of this teaching mode. After reading the previous study, the author is trying to find out the rules of this teaching mode and attempts to find some inspiration for the study. The following chapter analyzes the application of the learning plan-guided teaching in Jinghong No.4 Middle School, including the background and the process. This chapter also mentions the achievements made by this school and the problems still unsolved. Chapter Two mainly illustrates the problems and the reasons when the teaching pattern is carried out in Jinghong No.4 Middle School. The analysis is from three aspects: the weakening of the humanism, the lack of teacher professional development, the vanishing dynamism of classroom. The last chapter puts forward the solving measures. The purpose of the mode of learning plan-guided teaching is to guide the students and teachers to establish a mutually subjective relationship between them and form a diversified classroom evaluation standards.
