Education Research On Career Planning Based On Improving Employment Quality Of Secondary Vocational Students

Poor employment quality is the development predicament that secondary vocational school graduates are facing all the time.Especially after the expansion of college enrollment,most students have access to college.If there is no good employment quality for the secondary vocational school graduates,it's bound to bring more pressure on secondary vocational schools and affect the long-term development of schools.At present,the career planning education of most secondary vocational schools in China is a mere formality,which leads to the situation where students' awareness of career planning is weak,their ability of career planning is insufficient,and they are blindly employed.They are at a loss in the face of setbacks and have no rational coping strategies to them.As a result,they can only respond with job-hopping,resignation,unemployment and other negative ways,which to a large extent reduces the employment quality of graduates and seriously affects their career development.This paper focuses on the significant influence of career planning education on the employment quality of students,based on improving the quality of the employment of graduates,aiming at the current situation and deficiency of career planning education in secondary vocational schools.This paper,taking Chengdu Dongzikou Vocational High School as an example,aims at exploring and impelling effective measures to strengthen and promote career planning that can improve the quality of employment.This paper is divided into 4 parts.The first part discusses the necessity,research purpose and significance of careerplanning education,summarizes the research status of career planning education home and abroad and the research ideas of this paper as well.The second part outlines the concept,purpose and content of career planning education.This part also summarizes the approach of career planning education,their correlation,the factors influencing career planning education and the important role of career planning education to schools,students and society.The third part overviews the employment quality and career planning status of secondary vocational students from the national and regional level.And Taking Chengdu Dongzikou Vocational High School as an example,this part analyzes the current situation of education in career planning and employment quality of graduates in recent three years,expounds the close relation between employment quality and career planning education.This part also analyzes backward status of career planning education and the underlying cause of existing problems under the circumstance of a poor employment quality in secondary vocational school graduates.Taking Dongzikou vocational high school as an example,the fourth part focuses on the problems of career planning education,puts forward some countermeasures to solve the career planning problems which centers on improving the employment quality of graduates of secondary vocational students from the aspects of schools,students,family and society.
