A Study On The Problem Of Talent Introduction In West China

Since thirty years of reform and opening up, China has entered a new era of knowledge-based economy with rapid economic development. In this era,the economic growth is increasingly relying on the role of human resources,which becomes an important strategic capital. Western Regions includes Monglia,Guangxi,Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Tibetan,Shanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia,Xinjiang and Xinjiang production and construction corps.Since western exploration strategy great progress has been made in western religion, but the gap between western and eastern religion is still enlarging.Western religion is sill the short board of district development and the difficulty of wholly building all-round well-off society and the western development depend on the talents strategy. Human resources present situation: talented person total quantity is comparatively small; talent quality is low; talent resources difficult to mercerization; brain drain is serious; the environment is not good. Advice of western human resources introduction:national policy should put emphasis on intelligence introduction; agricultural industry is the key to solve problem; speeding up the development of western education; mobilization of west to play a dynamic role; enlarge the road to cultivate talent.This paper also analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the introduction of talents in west, and puts forward the countermeasures to accelerate the economic development of western regions. Take the talent problem of west;take Gansu Province as an example. I hope this article can be a reference to the development of talent resources in west area.
