A Study On The Development Strategy Of Yunnan LW College In Private Colleges

In the early 1980, China’s reform and opening up and the switch of planned economy to market economy, private education has experienced one to grow out of nothing. In the strong support of national policy and the social demand, driven by teams, the growing of private higher education in our country, has gradually changed the higher education investment system which has been borne by the national finance exclusive for a long time, relieving the contradictions of the higher education supply and demand imbalance, so it has cultivate a large number of talents for the society, and further promote the reform and development of higher education. LW college in Yunnan is in such a social context, to run a school. Yunnan LW college in the development process encountered some problems, such as:start late, weak foundation, development, investment, development strategy and so on. Therefore, this paper in Yunnan University of the LW as the research object, using method and theory, the development strategy of Yunnan Academy of LW to make more in-depth analysis and empirical research. In this paper, the strategic management combined with Yunnan College of LW itself, combined with the actual situation, take the way of combination of theory and practice, formulates suits own development strategy, intended to solve in the development process encountered problems.This paper mainly includes four parts:the first one is on the Yunnan Institute of LW’s analysis of the external environment, on the one hand is the macro environment of Yunnan College of LW in five aspects, including economic, political, technological, social, and social and cultural environment. On the other hand is to analyze Yunnan LW college industry environment; the two is the analysis of Yunnan LW, the internal environment, this chapter of the Yunnan LW school institutions, professional settings, teaching resources, management system, teaching staff and the enrollment and employment aspects of the detailed analysis, and carries on the analysis of SWOT; three the strategic choice of Yunnan LW Institute and development, this chapter according to the LW Institute’s guiding ideology, basic principles and reform of personnel training mode in three aspects to provide the corresponding strategic choice; the four is the implementation of the strategy and guarantee, of the LW Institute in Yunnan, such as:school form diversification, investment protection, construction of teachers, government support, security perfect law and good social environment.Based on the development of Yunnan College of LW external environment five forces model analysis and the internal environment, SWOT analysis based on the proposed for Yunnan College of LW development strategy, differentiation strategy, and put forward the guarantee poor dissimilation strategy implementation of safeguard measures, hoping to solve the LW, Yunnan Institute of development problems, to further enhance its in Yunnan Province education level, enhance the university core competitiveness.
