With popularity of multimedia technology and Internet, students’ learning style not only has classroom teaching, but also has E-learning as electronic, digital or network learning mode. The teaching organization mode is different from traditional classroom instruction. It breaks the limitation of time and space as well as creates new learning environment which can meet students’individualized and diversified requirements, reflects education concept of people oriented. E-learning platform, as media of course learning, emerges at right moment and develops quickly. However, E-learning develops uneven in quality in colleges and universities, the popularity rate is higher in"211" universities, most universities started to build it in recent years, the level is still in initial stage. In teaching application process, E-learning is influenced by many factors. This article analyzes the influence factors of E-learning in teaching and puts forward some advice.On the base of studying some Chinese and foreign periodicals and books, according to E-learning current situation, combing with service condition in Renai College of Tianjin University, this project analyzes the influence of E-learning on satisfaction of students from two aspects of E-learning factor and user factor, puts forward research hypothesis and builds conceptual model. Then according to assumptions, basing on some relative researches, it designs questionnaire, carries out questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. At last, with methods of survey data and structure equation model, it makes E-learning structural equation of influenced factor model and analyzes positively on consumption.The empirical study showed that:course content factor, teacher factor and student factor in E-learning directly influenced the satisfaction of students. As well, the platform of E-learning factor and E-learning teaching mode factor indirectly influenced students’ satisfaction. The teachers should be adapt to the mode of E-Learning, improve their skills of using E-Learning, and take part in the meeting about E-Learning, which will make E-Learning accepted by more and more people.
