Part-time teachers from enterprises play a significant role in optimizing the structure of school teachers and enhancing practical teaching abilities. Although the vast majority of vocational schools have introduced enterprise part-time teachers, their teaching effect is unsatisfactory. Enterprise part-time teachers have the dual identity of "enterprise people " and "teacher". It is an important research topic how to effectively transfer the professional ethics, professional spirit and vocational technology through the "teacher" role to the students.This paper mainly discusses the reasons for the effective teaching of enterprise part-time teachers in the aspects of the combination of work and study, the development of teachers, the cultural identity and the humanistic management. Through the vocational school in charge of teaching, the personnel of the principal and enterprise human resources department in charge of researching explore the impact of enterprise part-time teachers teaching practical factors, and from the aspect of teaching management to guarantee the teaching quality.The full text is made up of six parts. The first part describes the problem, the significance of the topic, literature review and research ideas and methods; The second part points out the theoretical basis of the thesis, including the combination of work and study, the theory of teacher development, the theory of cultural identity and the theory of human centered management, and define the core concept — teaching management of part-time teachers from enterprises. The third part illustrates the current situation and existing problems of the enterprise part-time teachers, although the enterprise part-time teachers teaching investment has increased, but its teaching is less effective; the fourth part analyzes the reasons of the low teaching level of the enterprise part-time teachers’ teaching, combined with the “crossover” theory, theory of teacher development, cultural identity theory and humanism management theory,analyzes from three aspects: personnel allocation, teaching process management, management guarantee; the fifth part introduces the characteristics of the domestic and foreign cases which are safeguard enterprise part-time teachers teaching effectiveness, hope to obtain the experience; the sixth part, based on the previous five chapters, combined with the practice of the case, Put forward suggestions on how to guarantee the enterprise part-time teachers’ teaching level.
