With the rapid development of vocational education in China,the teaching quality of part-time teachers in vocational colleges and enterprises is also paid attention to,and the teaching quality of part-time teachers in vocational colleges and universities in Henan Province is also facing new challenges.Based on the policy requirements of the state to apply for enterprise technical skill personnel as part-time teachers in vocational colleges and the quality requirements of talents trained in vocational colleges,this study takes the technical skill personnel of Henan H vocational colleges as an example to study the teaching ability of part-time teachers in enterprises.The suggestions of this study can not only promote the teaching ability of part-time teachers in other vocational colleges,but also provide effective ways and theoretical basis for the improvement of teaching ability of part-time teachers in other enterprises.This study is based on the theory of practical teaching and cultural identity in vocational education,this study puts forward the main dimensions of the teaching ability of part-time teachers in enterprises —— teaching cognitive ability,teaching operation ability,teaching management and organization ability,teaching emotion expression ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability.By selecting H vocational colleges in Henan Province,interviewing 58 part-time teachers in enterprises,and conducting a questionnaire survey of 500 students taught by part-time teachers in enterprises,it is found that the problems existing in the teaching ability of part-time teachers in enterprises in H vocational colleges in Henan Province are: lack of support of professional teaching theory in teaching cognition,lack of teaching practice in teaching output expression,lack of knowledge reserve related to specialty in teaching organization and management,lack of logic in teaching emotion expression and lack of maneuverability in teaching evaluation.From the four aspects of government and management departments,enterprises,schools and enterprises,it is found that the main reasons for the problems are: insufficient security from the government and management departments,lack of sustained financial support,inadequate construction of enterprise system security,insufficient investment in teaching skills,differences in corporate culture,non-standard standards for the introduction of talents in schools,lax training system,imperfect assessment and evaluation system,weak awareness of humanistic care,lack of self-confidence and ownership of part-time teachers in enterprises,lack of professional teaching theory knowledge,and lack of awareness of improving their teaching ability.For improving the teaching ability of part-time teachers in H vocational colleges and universities in Henan province,this study puts forward the following strategies: strengthening the system guarantee between the government and the management department,providing continuous capital investment,strengthening the system construction,investing the necessary funds for teaching skills training,establishing the exchange base for cooperation between schools and enterprises,establishing strict admission standards,establishing strict training system,perfecting the evaluation system,pouring humanistic care,perfecting the incentive system and establishing incentive system,part-time teachers in enterprises should establish the sense of ownership,learn the student-centered education concept,and exert the work advantage of project-based entry point.Enhance the teaching ability level of part-time teachers in enterprises of Henan H vocational colleges,and transport high-standard vocational education talents for the development of vocational education in China.
