A Study On The Teaching Effect Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Colleges And Universities

Theory is a guide to action,the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics requires the guidance of scientific theory.Marxist theory is the fundamental guiding ideology of our party’s great victory in the revolution, construction and reform. It is a guide for action of the people of all ethnic groups in China.Contemporary college students are valuable human resources, and the builders and successors of the cause of our party and country.The ideological and political level of university students is not only related to their own growth, but also related to the future of the nation and the development of the national cause.Therefore, university students must learn and comprehend the Marxist theory, use the scientific theory of Marx’s knowledge to arm the mind, and guide practice.The teaching of ideological and political theory course in universities bear the arduous duty and mission for Marxist theory of education for students, cultivating the comprehensive development of students, cultivating qualified talents for the socialist construction.The education department of the party and the state has always attached great importance to the ideological and political theory course teaching effect, introduced the relevant documents to emphasize the importance of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,proposed to continue to strengthen the construction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.Some achievements have been made in the course of ideological and political theory.Contemporary university students have a positive,healthy and optimistic attitude, the spirit of practical study and forge ahead, and firmly believe in the leadership of the party and government.However, we should also see, with the continuous development of the times, constantly changing international and domestic situation, the further development of the socialist market economy bringing some social reality problem,such as a widening gap between rich and poor, unfair distribution of educational resources,this will result in different degrees of university students values deviation, lack of social responsibility, and even confusion of political beliefs and other issues.Therefore, we need to take measures to enhance the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in universities, guide the students to have a better growth.This article through the document research method, literature research method, field survey method, interview method and analysis method, sum up the meaning and measurement standards on four levels of the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course, lay a good and solid foundation for the following discussion.In order to more accurately grasp the current situation of the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, I conducted a survey of students and teacher interviews about the situation on the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in five universities.And nearly two years I served two teachers of ideological and political theory course as teaching assistants, into the university classroom of ideological and political theory course, participated in teaching activities, and in-depth exchanged with teachers and students, received a large number of real information.Combined with the results of previous studies, from two points of view: the teachers and the students, summarized the teaching present situation and the existence question of ideological and political theory course. And from the teaching mainly three aspects, the writer found the influence factors in teaching effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course,elaborated the concrete measures to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.Through the improvement of the effectiveness of teaching,internalize the knowledge into the thought of the soul of the students,improve the morality and self repair, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,have a strong political position and political orientation, support the leadership of the party and the government, firmly believe in the socialist road.The students gradually transform into a firm belief in Marxism,and reach the ideal state of really and truly learning, understanding, using, and believing in Marxist theory.
