Education is closely related to economy today, due to the education is an open system which influenced by many factors. The level of education in minority nationality areas lags far behind that of other areas in China. Therefore, the unbalanced development of education in minority nationality areas has received more and more attention. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the impacts of the economic level in ethnic regions on the development of local education by statistics means, according to the impacts are very complex and dynamic related to the economic level. In the part of statistical analysis, the correlation between the level of economic and education is studied using the data in 77 areas where ethnic minorities are more concentrated from 13 provinces and autonomous regions. From the data, we can find that there are stages and space characteristics in the correlation between levels of economic and education. So the study must be carried out both in time and space dimensions. This thesis selects the data about the economics and educations from 77 areas where ethnic minorities are more concentrated in 2009 and 2013. Correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis are carried out by SPSS and Mathematica. The influence of level economic developments to average years of education, the illiteracy rate, the education budget and faculty members are studied by the comparative analysis method and the quantitative method. And the regards of the local government to the education are studied by quantitative method. Finally, analysis the level of economic and educational development of 77 regional by clustering, and educational development characterized by a range of regional economic differences were analyzed. We found that local elementary education adaptable to the regional economy may appear to lead, lag or other forms of synchronization. Combined with my team where the mathematics education field research data and understand the relevant circumstances specific analysis and put forward feasible suggestions.Since the inter-ethnic imbalance in regional economic and social development, educational development differences across regions are more obvious, but the level of education and development in the region is not fully consistent with the level of economic development, even if the level of educational development is a similar level of economic development between regions also have more large gap, in some areas despite the overall level of education for development is not low, but compared with a similar level of economic development of the region, its scale of development of education level, average level of investment in education and teacher education funds total investment becomes large gap the level of their economic development are incompatible. Only by facing differences and seek an objective analysis of the root causes of the existing differences before to solve the problem. Educational development in Minority Areas on the adaptability of each regional economic performance as lead, lag or synchronize their development goals should be different. For those in the area of education with the development of their economic development are incompatible, should give some encouragement to take measures, such as the development of ideas lag type Class Ⅱ region is to reduce the center of gravity of education, fully grasp basic education, especially primary education. We suggest that the local government should be encouraged to increasing educational investment in the area that the developments of education are not suited to their economic levels and other means must be exerted to compensate the negative impact on the development of basic education in ethnic areas because of the under-developed economics.
