In order to adapt the development of society, the most people try to use the shortest time to let students obtain more knowledge, so there is still spoon-feeding education. Students acquire a lot of knowledge in learning the discipline of mathematics, but the current teaching just focus on learning, it is difficult for students to adapt the knowledge to the real life reasonably, and this make students find it boring to learn Maths. Although they have learned a lot of knowledge, but they can’t use it properly. The new course reform put forward “four basic knowledge, four basic skills. They conclude the basic knowledge, basic skill,basic thoughts, basic activity experience. The basic purpose of teaching is to develop students‘intelligence, training the abilities of students, train the mathematical thinking of students,increase students’ learning activities experience, and enhance the overall quality of students.Depending on the influence of deep teaching on primary Math, use the book called “the seven powerful strategies of deep study” to design the classroom observation scale and forecast, the author watch 62 normal math class of Liaoning province, then use observation to understand Elementary School teacher how to organize the teaching content.We know that the teacher have realized the the teaching content, but there still exist some prblems.According to the real problem and the teaching cases of grade five mathematics, propose the policy that how to organize elementary school mathematics teaching content First, deepen before class activating effective knowledge of students. Second, improve the teaching process organization of teaching content. Third, strengthen the review of after-school learning content. Teachers constantly digging teaching materials, combine Math content with life experience. Stimulate students’ learning interest. Change teachers’ roles. Let students experience fun and value of learning Math. Developing the content of textbooks, then let students actually happen.
