A lesson from junior school’s classroom can be affected in various ways since both the teacher and the student can be unconsciously influenced by their physical and psychological behaviors. Students during class time are found to be very passive about what they are learning, and consequently did not perceive any knowledge during the whole learning process. To mitigate such phenomenon, teachers should try to structure creative learning process, by emphasize on study atmosphere and learning infrastructure in order to bringing student’s interest and attention.Based on the analysis of both domestic and international academic journals, the author has divided the meaning of study atmosphere into two categories: physical and social psychological conditions, which is what commonly referred as “Soft-ware environments”and “Hard-ware environments”.the physical environment here includes learning facilities, size of the classroom, and number of students. In contrast, psychological environment refers to the relationship between the student and the teacher; relationship between students and students; the conduct of classroom policy and its associated classroom atmosphere. This research is based on research of problems found in real junior school classrooms, providing efficient solutions towards how to create a positive study environment for students during their learning process. This paper is based on findings of three junior schools and their classroom environment in the city of Shenyang, in the form of survey and academical study. The finding suggests many problems that existed in the current classroom environment, which includes: the lack of understanding from the teachers to students when student respond to a question; the lack to recognition and compliment between students to students; and the study atmosphere is over-stressed. The author also demonstrates how the improvements of classroom environment can increase study progress.
