Research On Team Construction Of Middle School Learning

Learning organization theory is the latest management theories in 21 st century, achieve a great response and results in the field of business management.Now the learning organization theory is being applied to more and more areas,and play a role in more fields. To construction learning teachers team was attention up gradually. Thispaper through on learning organization theory and related literature, pointed out that the urgency and importance to construction middle school learning t teachers team.And through some school′s experience and lessons in learning teachers team′s construction.According to the problems in the current status, some specific suggestions are praised.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is introduction.It points out the necessity of construction learning teachers ’ team.And summarizes the relevant theory and the study of literature. The second part ezplains theconcepts of learning organization, teacher team, learning teacher team.Analyzing the characteristics of learning teacher team. The third part proves some of the existing conditions that to construction midlle school teacher team.The fourth part puts forward some concrete suggestions for the construction of learning team in the midlle school.Putting forward five constructive strategies on the basis of current status in our country and the relative point of The Fifth Discipline. Discusses how to establish a relatively complete structural system of the learning team, including team spirit, systematic think, self-exceeding, teamwork, and the pursuit of innovation.The innovation of this study:Applies the theory of learning organization into the school management, uses the experience of other midlle school, and provides effective suggestions to the construction of teacher team.
