This paper mainly through the questionnaire survey, interviews, research and other forms of the current middle school geography teaching quality present situation,influence factors, geography in the future development direction and the status of the construction of middle school geography teaching quality monitoring system and other issues in-depth analysis and research, found that at present there are few middle school has its own unique, complete geography teaching quality monitoring system.And, even if there is one of the few teaching quality monitoring system is inevitably exists some problems of one kind or another. Such as: the system monitoring purposes, monitoring of the service object is not prominent; In terms of monitoring object, has problems of monitoring objects too much emphasis on individuals and despise group; In the aspect of system monitoring content, has the characteristics of imperfect, incomplete; In the aspect of system monitoring time, monitoring time is short, monitoring interval long problem; In terms of system monitoring group, nature is too single, the problems such as lack of representative. To solve above problems and combining with the characteristics of the subject and on the total quality management theory, demand hierarchy theory and the constructivism learning theory,under the support of the combination of qualitative and quantitative, theory deduction method, AHP decision analysis method, the weighted summation method and other methods, through strict calculation, finally determine the geography teaching and geography teaching from two angles to conduct a comprehensive monitoring the quality of middle school geography teaching. Position in the center of the fully embody the subjectivity of students and find out the weak link of geography teaching,on the basis of the adjustment of the targeted improvement, fundamentally improve the quality of it. In addition, this system not only for the provincial/municipal geographic research staff to the middle school geography teaching evaluation and monitoring to provide convenient, make its can be aimed at the common problems in middle school geography teaching to make relevant policy, improve the overall level of middle school geography teaching quality. And this system can also be used for all levels of geography teaching in middle school in the usual teaching quality test and found himself in time the school problems and weak links in the geography teaching,and work out corresponding solutions, targeted to improve its adjustment, make its radically change, so as to fundamentally improve the quality of their own schoolgeography teaching.
