In this paper, taking Shenyang city as an example, through the questionnaire on themonitoring and managing system of teaching quality in junior high school on the basisof investigation and study, this article systematically discusses the shortcomings ofjunior high school teaching quality monitoring and managing system in Shenyang area,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of teaching quality monitoringand managing system in junior high school.This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter mainly adopts theinvestigation method of the questionnaire, the education authorities, schools, teachers,students, the community as the research object, research teaching monitoring system,main function, evaluation criteria and other content, to find out the Shenyang juniormiddle school teaching monitoring system. The second chapter mainly introduces theexisting problems and reasons analysis of the current teaching quality monitoringmanagement system in middle school, for the existing problems are expounded fromthree aspects of monitoring and management subject, monitoring and managementmode, management standards, and analyze the causes from the concept, system,organization. The third chapter is the countermeasures to improve Shenyang city juniormiddle school teaching quality monitoring management system, the main measureswere taken from four aspects of concept, regulations, content and implement.
