Disorderly management of the humanities, opennesscharacteristics, pay more attention to the development of human history teaching,gradually favored by scholars and teachers, but there is their lack of knowledge,improper management issues. Disorderly management and orderly management both have advantages and disadvantages, in terms of furthering the effective management of history teaching have their own characteristics.Further traced, from the theoretical trends ordered and disordered management point of view, the two are competing,mutually reinforcing relationship, and ultimately to collaboration.Therefore, we should be a dialectical view of the orderly management and disorderly management,comply with the development trend of history teaching and classroom teaching management of the mutual combination of the transformation, innovation, from history teaching in the "people", "love" "soul" and other efforts, the eventual establishment of a "desirable jurisprudence relating to human," the study of history and community management, in order to achieve effective management of history classroom teaching.
