Since Comenius demonstrated Class Teaching in the 17th century, classroom teaching has become the world's basic teaching methods. Classroom management exists in the classroom teaching, it is the key to ensure the quality of classroom teaching, and also a important factor that affects student development. However, classroom management is always difficult for the front-line teachers. Because junior middle school students is in a transition period for their mental growth, classroom management is more complex, and becomes the work teachers cost more time and effort. The new curriculum reform effects the concept and mode of classroom management, how to carry out effective classroom management is a big challenge for junior middle school teachers.This study focuses on building democracy, equality, harmony and effective classroom management, making more systematic strategies for classroom management, providing reference to promote the effectiveness of classroom for junior middle school teachers. The study is also commited to student overall development and teaching quality.This study investigated F junior middle school in Quzhou, Zhejiang Provience, used the methods of questionnaires, classroom observation and interviews. Then it analysed the questionnaire of teachers and students, combining with qualitative research to find the ideas and ways of classroom management in junior middle school. From the status of classroom management, the study found five major problems:Teachers' ideas and behavior of classroom management were contradictory; It was unequal for the relations between teachers and students in the classroom; teachers were lack of classroom management skills; The evaluation criteria for students was single; And classroom management efficiency was low. Then, the study analysd the underlying causes that impact classroom management, including:the impact of traditional culture; teacher evaluation system was imperfect; junior middle school teachers were lack of training about classroom management; teachers'awareness of innovation was not strong.Based on field surveys and theory reaserch, the paper put forward six strategies:First, establishing effective classroom convention; Second, establishing equal and democratic relationship between teachers and students; Third, building harmonious physical environment and psychological environment; Fourth, improving teathers'ability of teaching; Fifth, using effective strategy while facing behavior problems in classroom; Sixth, helping students to enhance their self-management.
