The reform of quality education urge people to role of teachers and students have a more comprehensive cognition and traditional English classroom teaching in junior middle school,the subject of teaching activities and management is always the teacher himself.Students learn life relatively passive,such a model of classroom management difficult to fully volatile the enthusiasm and creativity of junior middle school students,also cannot achieve change the English curriculum reform proposed by experience,practice,participation,cooperation and exchange.Scientific,lively classroom management,not only to show the charm of English language learning,can effectively promote the teacher-student interaction,enhance the students' knowledge of the English learning efficiency at the same time also helped in the cultivation of students' good self-management,and it also lays a solid foundation for the students'long-term development.Since twenty-first Century,many experts and scholars have carried out a large number of studies on classroom management.This article focuses on the following aspects of the specific courses for specific grades:Part ?:Put forward the study.First review and analyze the history and present situation of classroom management research at home and abroad,and then put forward the significance and necessity of this research.Although scholars at home and abroad have never stopped the study of classroom management,we also get a lot of results of classroom management research,but the specific stage of the specific research is not much.Part ?:Research and Implementation.This paper puts forward to the effective classroom management expert Liu Jiafang's three degrees as the theoretical basis.they are teachers,students and classroom environment.Design a reasonable and satisfactory survey and research on the effective management of the English classroom.First of all,determine the object of study.The research object is about more than 1 thousand and 500 students of the high school and more than 10 English teachers.Using the methods of questionnaire,interview,observation and other methods to obtain first-hand research data and detailed information.To guarantee the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and promote the smooth progress of research,students and teachers develop a different questionnaire.At the same time,analyze the data and information to understand the current situation of the classroom management in English teaching process in junior high school,and summarizes the problems and influencing factors of English classroom management in junior middle school:classroom management awareness is not strong;subject of classroom management is not clear;ignore the classroom environment management;teaching process evaluation method is single and rigid.Part ?:Put forward the strategy.This paper tries to find ways to improve the effectiveness of classroom management from two aspects of internal and external causes.The external cause is mainly the management of classroom environment.Including creating a comfortable learning environment,clear content and target of self-restraint and so on;the internal cause is mainly from the subject of the psychological environment in classroom management----Maslow motivation theory psychology.According to the investigation and study of students and teachers in middle school,the study provide the solution about improving the effect of English classroom:1 strengthen the training of teachers and students,enhance classroom management consciousness and the professional quality of teachers;2 improve the school and class classroom management system;3 create a good classroom management environment,especially seats arrangements;4 improve the classroom efficiency,especially time arrangement;5 adjust the evaluation mechanism,from single to diversified evaluation;6 build a good the relationship between teachers and students.Part ?:the effect of implementation.Based on the above investigation and theoretical research,implementation strategies and recommendations for the breaking of junior high school English effective classroom management in junior grade,and achieved certain results:classroom stability,improving teaching performance;harmonious relationship between teachers and students,learning atmosphere to improve the learning environment.
