Entering the 21 st century, with the development of social politics, economy, culture, significant changes have taken place in education in our country, China’s education is the important part of teacher education will face huge challenges. The ability of teacher education in our country, occupies an important role in the construction of teachers’ education quality directly affects the quality of education in our country and the teacher education is the hope of his country. At the same time, the teacher education in normal colleges is an important part of higher normal colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility, the establishment conforms to the development of modern society, fair, open and flexible system of modern teacher education, to promote our country’s political, economic and cultural development, the progress of the school has the obligatory responsibility and obligation. Sound modern teacher education system is important to condition and guarantee to improve the quality of teacher education, is an essential part of teacher professional development, but also the key of cultivating excellent teachers. For higher normal colleges and universities, the construction of modern teacher education system. In the higher normal colleges and universities to establish modern teacher education system is of great significance.In this study, the author will combine the development trend of international teacher education, based on domestic, the province and the specific development of Yunnan normal university teacher education practice, and combining with the characteristics of the development of teacher education in Yunnan province and Yunnan normal university teachers’ education of specific issues from Yunnan normal university, the construction of modern teacher education system research perspective, through theoretical analysis, the paper analyzed the current situation and development trend of modern teacher education system in our country, clear the exact makeup of modern teacher education system, and with the basic situation of Yunnan normal university modern teacher education and the existing problems, to Yunnan normal university to study and put forward the construction of a modern teacher education system of rational thinking.Through the study found that in the modern teacher education system fundamentally Yunnan normal university has the following several aspects: one is the theoretical level, Yunnan normal university has not yet formed a unified modern teacher education theoretical foundation; 2 it is at the management level, Yunnan normal university modern teachers’ education management system is not yet mature, not form a sound teacher education management system; Third, at the policy level, the policy environment of modern teacher education do not form a complete set, the top still need to improve teacher education policy document design; Four is at the practice level, the modern teacher education system needs to improve the practice teaching level. This study in Yunnan normal university modern teacher education system problem analysis, find a reasonable construction of Yunnan normal university, the correct path of modern teacher education system, and put forward suitable for modern teacher education system of Yunnan normal university to build the theory of idea, in order to Yunnan normal university teachers’ education development in the future to provide theoretical help.
