| With the continuous development of economy and society,secondary vocational education develops rapidly under the strong support of national policies.As an important part of senior high school education,secondary vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality workers with comprehensive vocational ability and specialized talents in middle and junior levels for economic and social development.Since 2008,with the strong support of national policies,vocational schools have made career planning a compulsory course for moral education.Admittedly,secondary vocational schools have career planning has been taught,but due to late starting,the lack of experience and the course is not valued in the secondary vocational school,curriculum management has certain problem.I select the curriculum management of students’ career planning in M secondary vocational school of Guiyang City as the research object study.Through questionnaire,interview and observation,understand students’ career planning curriculum management present situation,existing problems,and the problems existed in attribution,thus for the secondary vocational school students career planning curriculum management targeted countermeasures are put forward.Through the lucubrated analysis,my study shows that the current vocational school students career planning curriculum management cognitive problems are lack of curriculum management knowledge of school leaders and teachers,career planning curriculum management is not paid attention to,and the role of career planning curriculum management is not recognized.The problems of curriculum management are inconsistency between curriculum objectives and subject characteristics and students’ reality,unreasonable arrangement of class hours and strong theoretical content.The existing problems in curriculum management include lack of curriculum resources,unsound teacher teams,less teaching methods,monotonous practice links and neglect of conventional teaching management.Curriculum evaluation management problems is the main single and subjectivity is strong,inappropriate evaluation way and method.The main reasons for the problems in the curriculum management of vocational school students’ career planning are that the school leaders pay less attention to the curriculum,the school leaders and teachers shortage of the knowledge of curriculum management,the teachers not much practical experience,the curriculum resource development not enough policy and financial support,and the teachers pay less attention to the curriculum planning,etc.My study is based on the analysis of the problems and causes existing in the curriculum management of vocational school students’ career planning,drawing on the experience of foreign career planning education,on the basis of Schuber’s career development theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,closely related to ability education,the study focuses on the introduction of special laws and improve the system;Changing curriculum management idea;Multilateral collaborative curriculum plan and teaching outline;Strengthening the management of curriculum implementation;Suggestions to perfect the curriculum evaluation management system five aspects,in order to better achieve the purpose of career planning courses,and vocational school students career planning courses focus on training students’ career ability,improve their career ability and the ability to face the society survival. |
