The humanistic education is an important educational trend of thought. It is a comprehensive education with the purpose of putting into full play humanism, which holds "instructive teaching". It attaches importance to the feeling of students, edcation of emoting and emphasizes free circumstances to be good to the study. This theory has gained a lot of positive results through the practice at some schools. In recent years, Chinese Language teaching in middle schools has become a focus of the society. To meet the needs of the new era. Chinese Language teaching must undergo a thorough reformation. This article introduces the intention of the humanistic education and method of education briefly. It explain the feasibility of apply in this theory. The essay discusses the apply of humanistic education in Chinese teaching reform in three aspects which is treating the develop of students in the view of entirety and taking the relation of teacher and student seriously and demand of teacher's quality.
