Explore The "campus Culture" As The Core Of The School Management Model

This essay is investigating the way for school management from campus culture. After reading plenty of the campus culture documents, I have found that the investigations of campus culture has been on for several years, and notable results also have been yeilded. But most of them are from the sight of culturology or pedagogy. It is rare to be used in contact school management. As we know, in the field of administration of enterprises, the investigation and practice of that enterprise culture is becoming a model of management can be found everywhere. They call this way for great benefits"the difference reception and efficiency?" We try to set a manage model based on a campus culture .The first part is to explain the connotation of campus culture for the sight of the administration. Campus culture is controllable so that it is entirely impossible to effect the campus widely and deeply. Then analization for campus opening, standardize, systematicness,time ,tendency active teaching is to recognize that campus culture has cohesive, encourage ,favorable influent and educational management functions. The functions are the necessity for school management model. Thirdly, we divide the school management of the two parts, we can find that the "soft" management focus on the "free environment" and "the efficient use for labor recourses and ways of management." In order to adjust, improve and supply for the "hard" one, if we investigate further, we know the connection between the campus. Culture and management is value conception. Campus culture will from the value conception which process is also the management models. As the result, forming good campus culture will affect, the school managers' value conception which will also affect the manage action from the deciding action and leady action , so it is proved it possible to make the model of school management based on campus culture. But in fact, the function of the campus culture can't work fully. That's only because of the managers' diffient vague for direction and infficiance of good situation. In order to carry the humanism through to the end, in order to make the soft management function work fully and well, the second part states that we should obey the two principles: one is "humanism", the other is dynamic balance opening system; to found the school management model based on campus culture. And on this model, we connect the three levels (material institution, spirit culture.) with the three parts of campus culture (school manager, teachers and students),to form the school management model based on the "campus culture". I hope that can afford the new way for management change, improve the education and teaching at school, and carry out quality education...
