The educational cincles have been discussing the efficiency and focus of the ethical education for several years. That is because that whether the ethical education can carry out well or not depends on the efficiency and focus . I hope that I can summarize the new methods of strengthening the efficiency and focus of college or university in new period so that we can be fit for the treadency ,that is , the high education is changing from the essence pattern to the all-people pattern and only in this way can we adapt to the development of society . My paper can be divided into four parts.Firstly, I analys the thinking of modern college students and elements that affect the work of college ethical education.Secondly, I put forward the new methods of strengthening the efficiency.Thirdly, from the state of carrier of the ethical education, I expound that the study and application of the carrier affect the ethical education greatly.Fourthly, I expound that the qualities of education working man have a great effect on improving the efficiency and focus.
