The present paper includes three parts.We begin the Part One by destribing the conception, basie characters, aims and tasks of the mathematical education of the senior middle school.By studying some basic theories of quality education. We can clearly realize the necessity of promoting and implementing quality education in the middle school. This is the content of Part Two.In Part Three. We point out several problems which must be strengthen in the course of implementing quality education in the mathematical education of the senior middle school. These problems are stated as follows:1. We should clearly know the direction thouyht, put the education in the right place, and prevent test educatoin from quality education in mind.2. We must also strengthen the routine teaching, improve the teaching think-ing and method. and deal with the relationship between sucession and improve-ment arrectly.3. Streythen psychological diathese education.4. When we teach the knowledge of mathematical science in the serior middle school, we should fully make use of the humamities and the value of moral e-ducation to stregthen the humanities education and moral education so that the students can harmoniously derolop their science and the humanities quality.5. Improve the evolution of mathematical education of the senior middle school im order to guarantee the real implcmention of quality education by considering the mearing and edaracter of the evolution of quality education.6.The mathematical teacher in the senior middle school showld have some qualities in the course of implementing quality education.There are about twenty - five thousand words in the paper.
