| The Fibrinolysis system has a close relation with occurrence anddevelopment with hypertension ,CHD(coronary heart disease )and Atherosclerosis disease and so on .This experiment studied the effect of 8 -week different swimming training to SD rats on t-PA and PAI-1. Through this we may support a theory criterion for healthy training .Methods: 30 rats were divided into 4 groups ,ie A (control), B(90min), C(180min)and D(excess).Through 8-week training then tested the activity of t-PA and PAI-1.Results: The rats weight significantly raised after 8-week swimming training .Plasma t-PA activity in 90 minutes and excess group increased by 36% and 32%(P<0.01) Compared with control. In 180 minutes the t-PA activity moderately reduced (P>0.05). However ,the change of PAI-1 was different comared with control . The PAI-1 activity in 90 minutes and excess groups was reduced by 21% and 22% ,but not significantly(P>0.05).In 180 minutes group the PAI-1 increased by 33%(P<0.01). Summary : moderate work -load and excess exercise might increase the activity of Fibrinolysis system .High work-load had contrary effect. This might be explained by moderate exercise could stimulate the Endothelial cells secret and release t-PA . Moreover ,reduce the inactivation of t-PA. But the effect of high work-load exercise is contrary. |
