The thesis starts from the request of the quality, puts the emphasis on fostering the innovative spirit and practical ability and aesthetic ability of the students, analyzing the shortcomings in the assess system in the art-fundamental education and introduces the new assess model in art-education.There are special advantages in art education. It can't be substituted by other teaching method in fostering the innovative ability and practical ability and aesthetic ability. First it defines the several important stages in assess of education. Then analyzes the shortcoming in art-education assessment . Starting from cognitive and based scientific theory , it puts forward assess strategy benefit for improvement of students and teachers and education. It expounds the principles based subject-assessed and range-assessed and standard-assessed in detail and provides some new model for education assessment and accurate method.The thesis is a theory director of the art fundamental education and benefit to curriculum reform.
