| This paper studies the integrated sports prescription to improve the physical quality of Grade 2 & 3 male student in middle school, through investigating the testing of 165 Grade 2 male students (12-14 years old) in ShenYang 31th middle school. The test is based on the teaching of five types of integrated sportsprescription to find the adaptive prescription to improve the physical quality of students. Moreover, some further issues also have been studied , including: the integrated sports prescription for fat students, the inn ovation of physical teaching in middle school, and developing student con sciousness of physical enhancement in their whole life. |
