| The function of education was paid more and more attention by every countries of the world, they hold education reform around and around, at the same time, the education reform of our country is being in process like a raging fire. People realize the important effect of teachers along with the deep-going of education reform. Teaching style was paid more and more attention by experts. In this study. Qualitative Research Methods of Social Science is adopted, it focus on person’s growing, analyze the formation process of teaching style, and deeply research the factor of the formation of teaching style.For selecting the object of study, I used "Purposive Sample" method,I choose a High middle school physics teacher who owned the Senior Professional title. I collect information by interviewã€observing in classã€object analyzing and so on, and finally, I got the conclusion as below:This teacher’s teaching style can be clarified into four steps. The first to third year in high school is Imitate-Cultivate stage, whose main figure is imitate and absorb other’s successful experience directly with apparent other’s trace; The third to eighth year is independence-germination stage, one can teach independently but still with the regular teaching mold. The eighth to eleventh year is innovation stage, one can show apparent creativity with various teaching method; The eleventh to fifth year is style-formation stage, during which one’s teaching method is steady and unique with obvious personality, achieved the maturity of teaching art. Factors that influence the style formation consist:character basis〠objective circumstanceã€key roleã€thinking traitã€knowledge structureã€ability standard and practice introspection,etc. This study processed a deep analysis about the factors and their connections, construct a mold about teaching-style influence factor.According to the research result, the article raises suggestion to schools and teachers, hoping to be reference to teachers who want to form their personal teaching style. And then, I made an introspection of the shortage during the research in order to share with the following researchers. |
