With the constantly advancing of China’s educational innovation in our country,physics teaching in junior middle schools should strive to embody the property of physicscurriculum in compulsory education and paly a basic role in promoting students’ personalitydevelopment perfectly. It means that we should follow the laws of physics teaching, reflectthe science, artisty and personalization of physics teaching in junior middle schools, formour unique teaching style. Teaching--style, to the physics teachers in junior middle schoolswhich means the mature of teaching art, the perfection of teaching ability and the successfulof teaching effections. It is the ideal state that all excellent teachers pursuit.In this paper, briefly describing the achievements of research on teaching style at homeand abroad presently, detailing definition of teaching style in junior middle schools, anddiscussing the relevant theory. Through interviewing to some typical physics teachers injunior middle schools, analysis the developing-factors and summing up the developing-law ofphysics teacher in junior middle schools. Based on this, Several approaches to develop theteaching style are put forward and some suggestions should be pay attention to during thisprocess are also give to provide several substantial assistance to their professionaldevelopment so as to urge them to build up their personal teaching style earlier.
