With the durative development of the new basic curriculum reform in our country, the exploitation and implementation of the school-based curriculum get an in-depth advancement step by step, and the teaching materials take on a various trend. For the teachers, this trend broadens the selective room of teaching materials necessarily, but it also produces a new problem: How to make a rational analysis to the teaching materials, and how to make the teaching materials meet the needs of students. On the basis of research, this thesis points that the front line teachers have realized the importance of teaching materials analysis, but their analytic abilities are under improvement. This thesis has investigated the actuality of teaching materials analysis in five schools---Beijing ShiYi School, The second school pertain to Beijing Jiaotong University, The school pertain to Capital Normal University, The second school pertain to Capital Normal University and Beijing FangCaoDi Elementary School, then the thesis analyzes the problems of teachers and tries to put up some strategies for teachers.The thesis consists of three parts:Part one: This part is mainly about the background, the meaning, research methods and the localization of the study and the definitions of school-based curriculum implementation and textbook analysis and disposal.Part two: Present situation of teachers' textbook analysis and disposal. This part inquires into teachers' textbook analysis and disposal and also reflects on the existing problems.Part three: Practical study of teachers' textbook analysis and disposal. In view of meaning of school-based curriculum implementation and the existing research problems of teachers' textbook analysis and disposal , this part try to explore some helpful strategies for teachers in the school.
