University Original Technological Innovation Impact Factor Research

If comparing technological innovation as a river, the original technological innovation will be the source of this river. The scientific research institute in university carries the important responsibility in technological innovation. As the original innovation gradually became the key factor of the world's science and technology competition, the condition of original innovation in China shows remarkable improvement. However, we are still quite inferior to the developed countries. This situation may have something to do with research environment, the resources devotion, and project leaders' personal condition, etc. Up to now, a few researches on this subject at home were limited to qualitative study with lack of quantum and systematization. This thesis is exactly launched under such background to the research of this subject.The main purpose of this thesis is to discuss the index system of the influencing factors that effect the original technological innovation in university, and through researching the relationship between the original innovation performance and the influencing factors to try to establish the relation model and analyze the key factors, then to put forward suggestions. Original technological innovation projects in universities in Zhejiang Province are the subject investigated. A three - step research method is adopted in the thesis: A framework of influencing factors based on related study is built first, and then it is amended according to the results of interview and initial questionnaires to the members and managers in technological projects. Lastly, the amended index system guides the second-round questionnaire and cases interview.The thesis put forward the influencing factor framework (mainly be constituted by the leader's factor, team factor, resource & policy factor, process factor); established the performance indicators of original innovation on thefoundation of scientometrics and the evaluation for patent of invention; The relationship model between them rises through the empirical study. On the basis of the analysis of the key influencing factors, the thesis finally puts forward suggestions aim at the original technological innovation in university. The research shows that the leader's factor is key factor. At the same time, resource factor, team culture, communication factor are also important.
