The Theorical Study On Gymnastic Technological Innovation

Technology innovation is a perpetual topic of gymnastics, and it is a key factor for them to achieve success. It is also the aim of all actions of gymnastic innovation, for gymnastics is a kind of skillful sport that shows mainly skill. Gymnastic technological innovation includes: ⑴subject of technological innovation----the instructor, the gymnast, and scientific researcher;⑵technological action and its performer----the gymnast; ⑶competition filed and appropriate competition;⑷sources and other supports, including leader's support and other assistance.The subject of technological innovation is the most active factor in gymnastic technological innovation. In the process of innovation, they are influenced by many factors that are mainly subjective and objective ones. Subjective factors work actively and effectively against objective factors. That mans, objective factors have much influence on gymnastic innovation, but the subject determines whether innovation can be achieved by overcoming unfavorable objective influence. Using documentary, questionnaire, statistics etc. to analyze subjective factors in gymnastic technological innovation systematically, this essay aims to improve gymnastics in our country.Systematically, gymnastic technological innovation is a large system that consists of many subsystems, which in turn, consists of many elements. This essay classifies subjective factors into five systems in terms of their nature. They are as follows: 1.Motivation System It consists of three elements: innovation sprit , innovation motive, and innovation interest. As thought guides action, it is the same with technological innovation that should begin with innovative spirit . Gymnastic coaches in our country have much innovative spirit, but gymnasts have little. It is necessary, therefore, for coaches to nurture their innovative spirit. If the subjects hold a correct motive to innovation, they can contriute greatly to their group, but the fact is that someone still considers his own interest first. Great interest in gymnastic technological innovation can stimulate both the coache and the gymnast to innovate. 2.Foundation System It refers to knowledge foundation of the innovative subject, based on which technological innovation is conducted. It is a reasonable and optimized framework of knowledge which includes professional theory,interdisciplinary knowledge and creative knowledge.
