The thesis mainly studies the synthetic- practice-activity- curriculum and teacher quality . it has four parts. The first part concerns a brief count of essence and theory and value of the synthetic- practice- activity- curriculum, and its aim is to make the people know the synthetic- practice- activity-curriculum correctly;In order to make people comprehend deeply the synthetic-practice- activity- curriculum,the second part discusses some relations (between teacher and student ,between theory and practice ,between process and seed,between curriculum and culture) and guarantee when the synthetic-practice-activity- curriculum is practiced;The third part studies teacher-role and teacher-quality,which the synthetic- practice- activity- curriculum needs.this is the most important part in the paper,because teacher-quality influences directly the achievement of curriculum'goal.The last part is an end .I hope sincerely that this thesis could help to raise practice efficiency of the synthetic- practice-activity- curriculum in the primary and middle school.
