Psychologists find that 20% of one success in career and happiness of life depends on the factor of the IQ and 80% depends on other factors, among which, the EQ is the most important. As a result, the EQ education has received more and more concerns of the whole society in recent years, including learning to control one's mood, defeat setbacks and get along with other people.But how to implement the EQ education? Up to now, various circles of our society have not formed an effective method about it yet. In view of this situation, the thesis puts forward that the EQ education can be permeated in students' discipline teaching, and has made a tentative attempt in physics teaching practice.This thesis affirms the necessity of the EQ education through analyzing the value of it. In order to understand the current situation of university students' EQ and their study attitudes towards physics, etc, the author has conducted the following investigations: first, an online investigation into the psychological state of the contemporary university; second, a questionnaire of some university students' EQ; third, an exploration of the relationship between the EQ and physics achievement among some students; fourth, an investigation into the students' emotion to the course of physics study. These investigations have shown that the whole level of university students' EQ is low. Thus, it's very important and urgent to carry out the EQ education among them.The fourth chapter of the thesis explores the necessity and feasibility of permeating the EQ education through physics teaching. In the fifth chapter, the thesis analyses the teaching characteristics of outstanding teachers in Georgia University of America and proposes: "The key to implementing the EQ education is to improve teachers' EQ". Then, this thesis summarizes the characteristics of teachers with high EQ. Finally the thesis puts forward the principle, goal and tactics of permeating the EQ education through physics teaching.The feedback from the preliminary teaching practice shows: To improve the EQ education, it's an effective method to permeate it through teaching. At the same time the application of the method will help to bring about the realization of cognitive goal of the discipline teaching.
