Nowadays, the research on the school characterized teaching research improving teachers' professions is in the ascendant. The paper chooses some links of the hot topic as the direction of this research. According to the theories of sociology and teachers' profession improvement, the paper proves that the basic way of improving teacher' profession is the interactiveness of teaching research. Through questionnaires, we have learned some information about teachers' interactiveness of teaching research and their profession improvement, such as, teachers have a strong desire for their profession improvement, they are active in the interactive ness of teaching research, the other factors affect the further development of teaching research. These factors include most teachers' paying much attention to the emotional relationship with the subject and the teaching experience of the subject when choosing the subject of teaching research interactiveness, some teachers' weak consciousness of participation, some people dominating the activity process and the school' s hard and fast rules and so on. Based on the investigation and study, the paper analyses the importance of teachers' active participation in the interactiveness of teaching research. Through observation and study by participating in the interactiveness of teaching research, the paper finds that in the activities, there are great differences in teachers' participation, their own judgment and following the majority, agreement and criticism; and concludes that different forms of the teaching research interactiveness have different effects upon teachers' professional knowledge and skills in different aspects, such as sitting in on a class and appraising a class play the most important role in teachers' profession improvement; preparing lessons together lays particular emphasis on the generalmethods and skills of class teaching; communicating freely lays particular emphasis on the knowledge of teaching practice and skills; the study together of a teaching research group lays particular emphasis on the discussion of the teaching theory. In addition, through the analysis of the disadvantages about the school' s management on advancing teachers' profession improvement by the teaching research interactiveness, the paper expounds the human-based thinking of the school' s management and suggests the mechanism of setting up various platforms for the interactiveness of teaching research.
