Vocational Assessment Initial Study

On the base of researches about professional evaluations in family and abroad, through Questionnaire About Professional Evaluations which are written by myself in the documentary way and interview way, in the article people in active service are tested, the contents and the constructions about professional evaluations are explored and validated. Then the result and Analytic Hierarchy Process are united to use to establish the system of professional evaluations. At the same time, on the same base, the writer makes scientific researches on the effect that changes of population have on the professional evaluations and the result of the researches is as follows:First, professional evaluations are composed of the two steps construction formed by 8 elements. These elements are developable environments in units, strength in the profession of units, environments about humanism in work, changeable ways of promotions, actual conditions about work, welfare trainings with salaries, internal experience, accordable abilities, reputations in society and resources about human relations.Second, because of the actual researches, level analysis way is applied to professional evaluations. The system of professional evaluations can overcome the defect that is the qualities are difficult to be confirmed. Consequently, the change from confirmed characters to confirmed qualities are realized.Third, by reason of different sex of people in active service, obvious differences exist in evaluations about developable environments in units, strength in the profession of units and welfare trainings with salaries.Fourth, in virtue of different academic credentials of people in active service, obvious differences exist in evaluations about changeable ways of promotions, internal experience, accordable abilities and reputations in society.Fifth, owing to different lengths of service of people in active service, obvious differences exist in evaluations about developable environments in units, changeable ways of promotions and welfare trainings with salaries.Sixth, due to people in active service work in units whose characters are different, obvious differences exist in the elements of developable environments in units, strength in the profession of units, environments about humanism in work and welfare trainings with salaries.
