It is obvious that English is the main language in scientific communication in the world, in the past years, most part of scientific research were written in English all over the world, and the rate is even greater, which has proved that English has been scientific language. With the entering WTO in 2001, China has been part of global economy, the role English as an international language plays in China is more and more important, Each field requires professional English badly, whether has professional English quality or grasped English is becoming an important symbol to judge his compounded ability. It is concerned to teach bilingually in teaching aiming at increasing his ability in all aspects. At present, the way of teaching bilingual is a focus of Chinese educational reform, some schools have carried or are going to do it, this article following is going to discuss the definition and sort of bilingual teaching, and discuss the difference between China and other countries, from the contrast, ensuring the value orientation ,promote students' thinking ability, promote students' intellect, afford the English-learning circumstance, improve students' English grades, cultivate students' opinion of value ,improve physics teaching, cultivate the information attainment. This paper consists of five parts:In the first part, the origin, definition and classification of bilingual education are introduced.The second part compares bilingual education in different countries.In the third part;the necessity and the feasibility on the practice of bilingual courses, on the other hand analyze the deficiency in the bilingual teaching at present in our country.In the fourth part, the paper introduces the preparation of our bilingual teaching research and practice. It includes three parts.The fifth part introduces: thinking and revelation after the practice of the bilingual teachingThe conclusion: bilingual teaching in physics in middle school is practical.
