To Create A Corporate University: From The Retreat To Be Pragmatic

In the thesis, after investigating into the company university of GOME——GOME Management Institution, the author presents practical operatingmodes in some ways, such as the putting up of training system and facilitatorteam, the improvement of training lessons and, the building up of the system ofchecking and evaluating ,and so on.The thesis is divided into four parts, which illustrate the root of theemerging of company university, the development in and out of China and theproblems. The author is trying to discuss through several questions, from themeaning of company university building to orientating, from system building torunning efficiently, especially the question that how to cooperate with thestrategic goals of enterprises.Chapter 1 introduces the aims and meaning of this investigation and theexplanation of company university.Chapter 2 introduces mainly the root, development and characteristics ofcompany university.Chapter 3 , as an important part, gives out the introduction and analysestowards GOME Management Institution.Chapter 4 sums up the inspiration of the building of company universityfor local enterprises, especially for private own enterprises.
