School Culture And Its Build Strategy

School culture aims at, according to the characteristics and law of culture, enhancing the whole quality of the teaching staff and students, cultivating high-quality talents, modeling the image of a school, pushing forward the school's development goal, epitomizing the school's distinctive charter and educational ideas under a specified situation. The culture should be the embodiment of collective ides and reflect the school' pursuit and belief. A good school culture will motivate its teaching faculty and students, which can turn their combined wisdom and power to the specific goal set by the school. And at the same time personal values will also be displayed in the sustained development of the school itself.Up to now, research conducted by specialists in the fields of education and theory on the importance of school culture in the school's development has been intensifying. But the early research mostly focused on primary schools, middle schools and high schools and seldom on the professional education. Presently, developing professional education considered as an important part of the educational system has become a strategic task of China's educational cause. Professional education plays a significant role in the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education and talents. From the aspects of pushing forward the reform and development of professional education this thesis uses ZhongHua Professional School as a study case to disclose the special characteristics of school culture forming in intermediate professional education through the analysis and investigation. This thesis further puts forward the specific operative ways for building of school culture from the aspects of combination of campus and enterprise cultures, professional spirit shown in the building of school culture and carrying out spirit of professional education.
