21st century is an era of knowledge-based econcmy,and we will find it is the talent competition ultimately.This has brought chal(?)enges and opportunities to education brings additional.Physics curriculum is an indispensable component of science education in senior high schools.It can improve scientific literacy of students, and promote all-round development of students to lay a solid foundation for their future growth.At present,physics teaching is inefficient and physics learning and lays a heavy burden on students.It decreases students' interest in learning physics and students lack motivation for learning physics.Motivation is the source of learning.It is a major problem that how to We should study the strategies of stimulating students' motivation in physics learning.This paper reviews the researches on motivation and related theories detailed.A questionnaire survey was made by me with the aim to analyzing the motivation of learning physics in senior high school students.Relating to practice of physics-teaching,I put forward some concretely strategies to inspire students' motivation of for learning physics.We should:(1)create active situation of learning physics through situation establishment.(2)stimulate students' motivation via electronic whiteboards,and help students from passive learning into active learning. (3)set learning goals in cooperative learning.(4)provide students with multiple feedback,reasonable assessment and correct attribution.I have applied the strategies into practice and found that they're effective.
